| Abstract: | In this article the author tries to highlighten the problem of formation of scientific and cultural relations between Transcarpathia and Galychyna, mainly to show Ivan Franko’s role in this process. I.Ja. Franko is one the most famous Ukrainian scientists, who has greatly studied the life of Transcarpathia. He is specially known for the study of written works of our region. The author of the article analyses Franko’s influence on the deepening of scientific relations between Transcarpathia and Galychyna, as well as highlightens his role as a investigator of region’s history and culture. |
