dc.description.abstract	Association “Prosvitá” plays an important role in the modem history of Transcarpatia. It influenced the consciousness of the lokal inhabitants, so they realised themselves as a part of the great Ukrainian nation. The assocaition published the masterpieces of the Ukrainian intellectuals (T.Shevchenko, I.Franko, L.Ukrainka and others), the works of the lokal writers (J.Borshosh-Kumyatskiy, V.Grendga-Donskiy) to show the connection between Transcarpatian people and the rest of Ukraine.	uk
