| Abstract: | У роботі досліджено основні теоретичні передумови ефективної економіко-господарської діяльності промислових підприємств, що формують базис функціонування соціо-економічних систем в стратегічній перспективі. Визначено стадії забезпечення ефективного функціонування підприємств, наведено склад й встановлено логічну послідовність етапів технології роботи на цих стадіях з урахуванням логіки страте- гічного аналізу. Запропоновано блок-схему реалізації комплексної стратегії розвитку промислового під- приємства, означено проблемне поле щодо реалізації цієї стратегії й втановлено взаємодію факторів, що його визначають. Ключові слова : стратегія, розвиток, система, підприємство, етап, захід, базис. |
| Description: | The article considers the basic theoretical premises of effective economic activity of industrial enterprises that form the basis of the functioning of socio-economic systems in the strategic perspective. It defines the stages ensuring the effective functioning of enterprises, determines the composition and establishes the logical sequence of stages of the technology of work at these stages, taking into account the logic of strategic analysis. The article offers the block diagram of implementing the comprehensive development strategy of industrial enterprises, identifies the problem field for the implementation of this strategy as well as determines the interaction of factors defining it.
