| Abstract: | Cu6PS5I and Cu6PS5Br single crystals were grew bу chemical vapor transport method in а closed silica tube. The copper-selective electrodes based on there materials were obtained. The Nernstian response of the electrode remains in the range of concentratiqp. 10-1-10-5 M CuSO4 and thе slope was 27±2 mV /decade. The current-voltage investigation demonstrate that the Cu6PS5I- electrode behaved as the p-type semiconductor. Cyclic voltammogram of the Cu6PS5Br electrode showed the processes to bе relation tothe motion of copper-ions in solid phase and to intercalation of Cu+2 from solution to crystal. |
