Сучасні питання антенатальної загибелі плода на сучасному етапі

Abstract

The analysis of 22770 parturitions over the last 10 years (1988-1997) according to the data of standard municipal maternity home was carried out. The perinatal losses made up 12,4% with the following structure: antenatal death of fetus - 32,9%; intranatal -14,1% and postnatal - 53,0%. The detailed analysis of all cases of antenatal fatal death indicates that the most real reserves of reducing frequency of antenatal death of fetus are at the present stage the increase of efficiency of malformations diagnosis as well as prophylaxis and adequate management of preterm labor on the background of premature fetal membrabes rupture.
