| Abstract: | 807 patients with urolithiasis with acute renal pain are considered. The treatment of these patients began with extracorporal shock wave litotripsy (ESWL). It is reasonable that ESWL саn bе called urgent at the application at the first and second phases of pathophisiological changes. Оn time it is the first 30 hours from the beginning of pain. Later the advantage of ESWL in situ are Iost. |
