| Abstract: | The tunction of the hypophysis-thyroid system and iodine-hormone supply of the organism in white rats with experi mental toxic hepatitis depending оn iodine contents has been studied. The acute impairement of the liver in case of (under condition) of iodine sufficiency has been shown to bе accompanied bу functional exhaustion of the thyroid gland and in its deficiency it is accompanied bу strain and exhaustion of the iodine resources of the tissues with the release of iodides іntо the blood as vell as stimulation of their losses with urine. |
