Применение препарата "Пропес" в хирургии и онкологии

Abstract

Вивчено вплив ембріонального препарату "Пропес" на моделях експериментального пухлинного росту, а також його застосування у хворих з первинними та вторинними пухлинами печінки, а також при гострому післяопераційному панк­реатиті, для лікування і профілактики стресових виразок труки стравоходу і при хронічному гепатиті. Наведені дані свідчать про перспективність наукових досліджень по використанню ембріональних препаратів в клінічній практиці.

The effect of the embrional preparation "Propes" was studied on the models of the experimental tumour growth, and the ap­plication of the preparation in patients with primary and recurrent liver tumours, in cases of acute postoperation pancreatitis, in treatment and prophylactics of the stress ulcers of the asophagus ( digestive tube 0 and chronic hepatitis. The data confirm the perspectiveness of the scientific investigations on the application of the embrional preparations in clinical practice.
