Соціальні, психологічні та педагогічні особливості діяльності малих груп

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано соціально-психологічну та педагогічну літературу стосовно діяльності малих груп. Встановлено, що першочерговими завданнями для успішної діяльності малих навчальних груп є: кількість членів у групі; мотивація спільної діяльності; канали комунікації; розподіл ролей, стиль лідера, характер міжособистісних стосунків; ступінь складності та умови виконання групової роботи.

Socially-psychological and pedagogic literature concerning small groups activities has been analised in the article. It has beenproved, that the first – rate task for successful activities of small educational groups are: the number of members in the groupe, motivation of common activities, communication channel, distribution of roles, the style of the leader, the character of interindividual relations, the degree of complication and condition of group activities fulfillment.
