Патогенетичне обґрунтування і об'єктивізація ефективності сульфідної бальнеотерапії у реабілітації хворих на ревматоїдний артрит та остеоартроз

Abstract

In the work the review of the literature concerning the dynamics indices of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antyoxident system on different stages of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthrosis (ОА). As many 80 patients with RA and 79 patients with ОА were studies for intensity of lipid peroxidation (LPO) processes, condition and the antiradical defence systems and the glutathionic system enzymes activity. Under the influence of the sulfide balheotherapy the increasing of retinol, ascorbic acid, tocoferol, tseruloplasmin and glutathion are esteblised. It has bееn shown that the sulfide balneotherapy antiartritic action is associated with its positive effects on the antioxident system of defence as well as on the vascular tone and microcirculation. All this improves tissue metabolism, and in this way enhances of RA and ОА rehabilitation.
