Психологія управління ВНЗ в умовах соціальних трансформацій

Abstract

Тhе article deals with the following levels of realizing convergent management іn higher educational institutions of Ukraine at the state, establishment, personal and self-management. Тhе authors proceed from the assumption that every educational manager must have а clear-cut idea of what is meant bу: professional ideology, social position, professional world­view, personal dignity of every subordinate, which is inviolable, requirements, lnterests and dreams of colleagues, justice and conscience іn combination with will, personal example of continuity of оnе’s, own professional self-perfection. The conclusion is made that management psychology is а scholarly discipline, including not оnlу theory and methodology, but also technology of their use іn administrative activities of higher educational institutions.
