Дидактичний потенціал інформаційної модернізації іншомовної освіти студентів

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі дидактичного потенціалу актуальних напрямів інформаційної модернізації іншомовної освіти студентів вищих закладів освіти як майбутніх фахівців. В статті умотивовано гіпотезу щодо зумовленості видів і форм модернізації педагогічного процесу з іноземної мови соціокультурними трансформаціями світового освітнього простору та глобалізаційними викликами. В процесі розкриття теми використано такі методи дослідження, як уточнення базових понять дослідження; аналіз та порівняння теоретичних та методичних підходів до диференціації освітніх технологій за критеріями доцільності та ефективності використання у викладанні курсів іноземної мови та ділового іншомовного спілкування для студентів різних освітніх ступенів професійної підготовки; аналіз практичного педагогічного досвіду. В статті з’ясовано суть поняття «інформаційна модернізація» й розкрито дидактичні можливості осучаснення педагогічного процесу з іноземної мови у вищих закладах освіти засобами комп’ютерних технологій. Конкретизовано технічно-навчальні, контрольно-оцінювальні, мотивувальні, превентивні дидактичні аспекти використання персонального комп’ютера на заняттях з іноземної мови. Здійснено обґрунтування соціально-інтерактивної технології навчання у розвитку мовної особистості студента, формуванні іншомовної комунікативної культури та вихованні акультураційного сприйняття носіїв мови, яка вивчається. Акцентовано увагу на важливості самостійної роботи студентів в опануванні ділового іншомовного спілкування. Доведено: знання іноземної мови майбутніх фахівців різних сфер життєдіяльності є важливою складовою їх професійної компетентності та показником конкурентоспроможності на європейському та світовому ринку праці. Сформульовано висновки щодо необхідності впровадження мультимедійних технологій у педагогічний процес з іноземної мови як дидактичної умови розвитку особистісних і професійних якостей студентів шляхом осучаснення традиційних підходів.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the didactic potential of current areas of information modernization of foreign language education of higher education institutions’ students as future specialists. The article motivates the hypothesis about the conditionality of types and forms of modernization of the pedagogical process in a foreign language by socio-cultural transformations of the world educational space and globalization challenges. In the process of disclosing the topic, the following research methods were used: clarification of basic research concepts; analysis and comparison of theoretical and methodological approaches to the differentiation of educational technologies according to the criteria of expediency and effectiveness of foreign language courses and business foreign language communication in teaching for students of different educational degrees; analysis of practical pedagogical experience. The article clarifies the essence of the concept of "information modernization" and reveals the didactic possibilities of modernizing the pedagogical process of a foreign language in higher education institutions by means of computer technology. The technical-educational, control-evaluation, motivational, preventive didactic aspects of using a personal computer in foreign language classes are specified. The substantiation of social-interactive learning technology in the development of the student's language personality, the formation of a foreign language communicative culture and the education of acculturation perception of native speakers is carried out. Emphasis is placed on the importance of independent work of students in mastering business foreign language communication. It is proved that the knowledge of a foreign language of future specialists in various fields of life is an important component of their professional competence and an indicator of competitiveness in the European and world labor market. Conclusions reveal the need for the implementation of multimedia technologies in the pedagogical process of a foreign language as a didactic condition for the development of personal and professional qualities of students by modernizing traditional approaches.
