Вплив комплексного лікування з гірудотерапією на вміст білків гострої фази при запальних захворюваннях придатків матки

Abstract

З метою оцінки ефективності гірудотерапії в комплексному лікуванні хворих на запальні проце­си придатків матки обстежено 140 жінки. Всі хворі розподілені на три групи: перша-45 хворих з гостри­ми процесами, 48 - з загостренням хронічного, 4 7 - з хронічним процесом, що проявляється лише больо­вим синдромом. Залежно від лікування в кожній групі виділені дві підгрупи: А - комплексне лікування з гірудотерапією, Б -загальноприйняте лікування. Вивчали вміст серомукоїдів у крові й у пунктаті черевної порожнини. Результати мали суттєву різни­цю: вміст серомукоїдів крові був вищим, ніж пунктату. Включення в комплексне лікування гірудотерапії сприяло позитивній зміні білків гострої фази.

То estimate the effectiveness of hirudotherapy in the complex medical treatment of the patients with the inflammatory diseases of the uterus appendages 140 women were examined. All patients were divided for three groups: the first one - 45 patients with the acute processes; the second one - 48 women with the chronic acute condition; and the third one - 47 patients with the chronic acute conditions appeared bу the painful syndrome only. ln accordance with the medical treatment each group was divided for the two subgroup: А -the complex medical treatment including hirudotherapy; В -the general medical treatment. The was study seromukoids of blood and liquid of abdominal. The results have the essential changes: seromukoids of and liquid of abdominal was higherthan seromukoids of blood. The including of the hirudotherapy into the complex medical treatment has assisted for the positive changes proteins of sharp phase.
