Динаміка показників функції зовнішнього дихання та порто-печінкової гемодинаміки у хворих на цироз печінки із резистентним асцитом до та після проведення діалізсорбції асцитичної рідини

Abstract

Authors explored the dynamics of indexes of function of the exteктal breathing at 23 patients with the liver cirrhosis, complicated bу resistant ascites, before and after conducting of dyalisis-sorption of ascitic liquid. The results obtained showed the presence of the expressed changes of external breathing: decline of vital capacity of lungs, forced volume of expiration for one second, decline of maximal volume speed in large, medium and thin bronchial tubes. After liquidation of ascites, these indexes became better consid­erably. Authors planned to continue research in this direction in future.
