Social work in intercultural environments is connected to specific aspects of social-ethnic groups and their individual representatives. This involves addressing particular social issues and challenges associated with diverse aspects related to multicultural environments. Appropriate training for professionals is needed to help them develop the competences needed to function effectively in such environments. The present study, which used a mixed-method approach, looked at the development of tolerance among future social workers in Ukraine. The results show that the introduction of a specialised learning procedure contributed to positive change.uk
