Abstract

The expediency of using experimental analysis of the first herat tune for diagnosticating the chronical myocard distrophy after the physical overloadinf (DMPl10) of sportsmen lias bееn grounded in this article. As the іndех of informative diagвostic critery the ration value of low frequency energy of the first heart sound at the range of 20-60 Hz expressed іn conditional square unitsc сm2 to the striking heart volume іn ml has bееm proposed. DMPh0 is diagnosed іn that case, if this ratio is sшaller than 1,1. The given critery has appeared to bе mоrе specific fot D MPhO than the generally used diagnosticating method оn the changes of the ending part of the ventricle соmрlех оn the electrocardiogramme.
