The calculations of critical cooling rates of melts, crystallization parameters and the results of structural investigations of (SbSI)x (As2S3)100 − x, (SbSI)x (As2Se3)100 − x, (SbSI)x (GeS2)100 − x, (50 < x < 100) glasses have been given. It has been determined that irrespective of nature and character of chemical interaction of components in the systems under study the crystallization of glasses according to the predominant mechanism with SbSI stable phase separation has taken place under the conditions of continuous heating.uk
