| Abstract: | У статті розкриваються поняття «насиль- ство» та «домашнє насильство», види насильства над дітьми (фізичне, сексуальне, психічне (емоційне) насильство, нехтування потребами дитини), нада- ються характерні ознаки різних видів насильства у дитини і особливості поведінки батьків по відно- шенню до дитини під час здійснення насильства; аналізуються основні підходи до пояснення причин насильства над дітьми, а також пропонуються шляхи профілактики цього явища. В статті також надаються основні нормативні документи, які га- рантують захист прав дитини від різних форм на- сильства. Ключові слова: насильство, домашнє насильство, профілактика. |
| Description: | In the article the concept of «violence» and «domestic violence», the types of child abuse (physical, sexual, mental (emotional) abuse, neglect of the needs of the child), are characteristic features of different types of violence in child and behaviours of parents towards the child at the time of committing violence; an analysis of the main approaches to explaining the causes of violence against children, and suggests ways of preventing this phenomenon. The article also contains the key regulatory documents, which guarantee the protection of the rights of the child from various forms of violence. Key words: violence, domestic violence, prevention. |
