| Abstract: | В етіології харчових отруєнь стафілококи займають провідне місце в зв'язку з їх здатністю продукувати ентеротоксини. Відомо декілька типів ентеротоксинів: А, В, С, Д, Е, які відрізняються за своїми фізико-хімічними і імунологічними властивостями [2, 6]. За останні роки вчені різних країн вивчали шляхи отримання і очистки стафілококових ентеротоксинів. The scheme of the purification and identification CED,congesting of4 stages with the use of sefadexes G-75, G-150 and KMZ as ionchanging the level of purity of enterotoxins protein were defined bу oudene reactum as well as bу helldiffusion. The presents of one line of precipitation after the use of G-150 enabled us establish the level of enterotoxins D purification . |
