Abstract:	The physical-chemical interaction in AgInSе2-“P2Sе4” system has been established using X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The proper phase diagram was built. The investigated system characterized by forming of the tetrary compound AgInP2Sе6, which melts congruently at 946±5 К. With ternary compound AgInSе2 it forms eutectic at ~86 мол.% AgInSе2. The temperature of eutectic line - 863±5 К. AgInP2S6 crystallizes in trigonal space group (Р31с) with cell parameters: а=6,191(3); с=12,95(7) Ǻ; Z=2. Single crystals of AgInP2Sе6 were grown by Bridgman method.
