| Abstract: | Проаналізовано поняття «професійна компетентність» стосовно галузі туриз- му. Розглянуто зв’язок між професійною підготовкою студентів у вищому навчальному закладі та компетентністним підходом в освітньому процесі пе- редачі корпоративної моделі. Показано, що концепція підготовки фахівців в галузі туризму має включати міжпредметні, загальнонаукові і конкретно – наукові складові компетентності. Ключові слова: професійна компетентність, підготовка спеціалістів, компе- тентністна освіта, спеціаліст в сфері туризму. |
| Description: | The article is dedicated to the training of specialists in the field of tourism in Ukraine and its professional competence of the experts in the field of tourism. The authors analyzed the terms “competent“, “professional competence” in tourism and in pedagogical literature. The article reviewed interconnection between profession training of students at higher educational institution and competence approach in the educational process of transfer corporate model. The concept of training in tourism should include the following components of competence: interdisciplinary, general science and specifically science.
