Анотація
У статті проаналізований досвід лікування 29 хворих із переломами при поєднаній і множинній травмі за період із 2002 по 2006 рр. Оперативно проліковано 20 пацієнтів, з них у першу добу прооперовано 7 (31,8%). Вироблена оперативна тактика при даній патології
The experience of treatment 29 patients with fractures of bones а combined and multiple traumas were analyzed in the article for the period with 2001 оn 2005. Operative treatment 20 men. Per the first day was operated 7 men (31,8 %). Tactics of moderate operative activity is produced at the given pathology. The large attention was given to the prevention of development of complications.
