Анотація
The article touches upon the problem of the cognitive perception of surrounding reality and its semantic revealing. The scientific investigation is based on comparative lexico-semantic analyses of the verbalized concept “good” in the Ukrainian and English languages. The principal aim of the paper is to reveal the regarded concept as a universal mental unit.
