Особливості застосування виборчих технологій у президентських та парламентських кампаніях 1991–1999 рр.

Abstract

During nearly all electoral campaigns before 1999 in Ukraine appreciable role won back factor to ideologies. The аfirst electoral campaigns (1991, 1994) practically did not contain electoral technology. The Subjects of the electoral process tried to bring the population its positive, founding on postulate of the election programs. The situation by essential image beginning to change before parliamentary choice 1998 already and particularly presidential 1999. On these choice ideology executed the function of the external shell to parties or candidate. The analysis document points that electoral campaigns 1991–1999 were noted by minimum independance regional electoral staff. That only confirms the general trend of the inattention to region and casting-outs their interest.
