Калікреїн-кінінова система і система гемостазу у машиністів з артеріальною гіпертензією в динаміці лікування амлодитном

Abstract

The kallikrein-kinine system (ККS) and hemostasis system were studied in 51 engine-drivers with arterial hypertension (АН) of 1 and 2nd stages. The studies were carried out before the amlodipine treatment beginning and 1О days later. The high activity of ККS and increased fibrinolytic state were revealed in engine-drivers with АН of 1 st stage. The moderate ККS activity and prevalence of hypercoagulation in hemostatic system were noted in engine-drivers with АН of 2nd stage. The KKS and fibrinolytic activity increasing in engine-drivers with АН are the factors, which ensure high hemodynamics adaptation in hypodynamia and psycho-emotional exertion conditions. Amlodipine treatment resulted а steady normalizing of arterial blood pressure, kininogenesis and fibrinolytic activity increasing. Amlodipine is an effective remedy for АН treatment in engine-drivers.
