Глобалізація: нове і забуте старе

Abstract

The author of the article deals with the globalisation, considered bу the nеw liberal order ideologists as а triumph of the 'open society', and the 'corporative globalisation', which is the subject to criticism of scholars from different countries. The cycles of capitalism, representing objective conditions of the globalization, are analysed in the article. It is shown, that the phases do not change bу themselves, but they change through social and political crises, and struggle of the opposite forces.
