Анотація
У статті розглядається процес становлення судової влади в Українській Державі Павла Скоропадського. Проведено аналіз основних змін у судоустрої, досліджено законодавчу базу формування й компетенції судових органів. Показано розвиток основних засад судової влади, їх еволюцію та роль гетьмана в її становленні.
The article discusses the process of formation of judicial authority in Ukrainian State of Pavlo Skoropadskyi. Major changes in the judiciary are analyzed. The legal framework, the formation and competence of the judiciary are investigated. The article represents a development of the main beginnings of judicial authority, its evolution and the role of Hermann in its formation.
