dc.descriptionThe analysis of the different data on interaction the Tl9BiSe6 with the TlBiSe2 is held. It is established, that the system, formed by source components, belongs to the eutectic type. The updated phase diagram of a system Tl9BiSe6–TlBiSe2 is shown. The specified data of coordinates of a eutectic and borders of formation of limiting solid solutions are adduced. Showing, that the solid solutions on the basis of source components are limited to compositions: up to 4 mol. % on a basis Tl9BiSe6 and up to 2 mol. % on a basis TlBiSe2 at 775 K, up to 3 mol. % on a basis Tl9BiSe6 and up to 1 mol. % on a basis TlBiSe2 at 423 K. The nonvariant eutectic process has coordinates 8 mol. % TlBiSe2, 775 K. The presented results will allow selecting perspective compositions of intermediate alloys for thermoelectric study.uk
