Порівняльна оцінка патології щитоподібної залози у населення Закарпатської області

Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: проведено порівняльний аналіз захворюваності на патологію (захворювань) щитоподібної залози (ЩЗ) та їх поширеності серед дорослого населення Закарпатської області протягом 2004-2006 рр. Виявлена різна динаміка змін цих патологій у трьох регіонах області. Захворюваність та поширеність зобу I ст. зменшилася у всіх регіонах, а зобу ІІ-ІІІ ст. – тільки в низинних районах, в той час, як вузлового зобу, гіпотиреозу та тиреотоксикозу залози зросла у всіх регіонах.

We have made the analyses of the sickness rate and spread of diseases of thyroid gland among adult population of Trascarpathian region during 2004-2006 years and found out that there is different dynamics of changes in three parts of the region. The sickness rate of diffuse goiter of 1 degree has decreased in all parts of the region, of diffuse goiter of 2 degree in lowlands and in foothills, while the sickness rate of all the other diseases has increased. The spread of goiter of the 1 degree has deceased in all the parts of the region, of goiter of 2-3 degree only in the lowlands, the sickness rate of all the other diseases of thyroid gland has increased in all the parts of the region.
