Abstract

У статті висвітлено окремі питання ролі та значення установчих документів суб’єктів господарювання на сучасному етапі економічного розвитку України. Здійснено аналіз досліджень науковців у цій сфері, законодавчої бази держави. Вказано на існуючі недоліки українського законодавства та запропоновано рекомендації щодо їхнього усунення.The article highlights some of the issues of the role and value of constituent documents of economic entities on the current level of development of Ukraine. The analysis of the study, the researchers in this area, the legal framework of the state. Shown on the current shortcomings of the Ukrainian legislation and propose recommendations for their elimination.
