Внесення змін до конституції : порівняйно–правові засади

Abstract

У статті досліджуються окремі аспекти й проблеми процедури внесення змін до Конституції України. Здійснюється порівняльно-правовий аналіз аналогічних процедур у зарубіжних країнах. Подано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму внесення змін до Конституції України. A ratherlegal analysis of analogous procedures in foreign countries is carried out. Proposals for improvement of the mechanism of the procedure of modification of the Constitution of Ukraine are introduced.
