Захи ст прав і свобод людини і громадянина органами національної поліції як елемент національної безпеки

Abstract

Проаналізовано основні напрями діяльності Національної поліції щодо захисту прав і свобод людини у контексті забезпечення націо- нальної безпеки України. Розкрито роль нормативно-правового регулювання діяльністю Національної поліції України у цій сфері. Визна- чено шляхи удосконалення діяльності Національної поліції України у процесі реалізації захисту прав і свобод громадян. Визначаються проблемні аспекти діяльності Національної поліції України щодо забезпечення прав і свобод людини і громадянина. Пропонуються шля- хи подолання проблем нормативного регулювання діяльності Національної поліції України у сфері забезпечення прав і свобод людини і громадянина з позиції національної безпеки. The role of normative-legal regulation of activity of the National Police of Ukraine in this area is revealed. The ways of improving the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the process of realizing the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens are determined. The problematic aspects of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine regarding the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen are determined. The ways of overcoming the problems of normative regulation of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of ensuring the rights of human and citizens’ freedoms from the standpoint of national security are proposed.
