А part of cultures (22,1 %), chosen in main of articles of food to identify it was not possible. The analysis of specific structure coagulase positive of the representatives of а kind Staphylococcus because of biotypings has allowed certify presence Staphylococcus intermedius in 12,6 %, Staphylococcus hyicus 2,2 % of the strains.
