In the scientific article the author systemizes the self-control authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction in the civil process by the subjects
of theirs initiation. According to the chosen criteria the author sorts out six groups of the self-control authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction:
1) the authorities, that are initiated by the participants and representatives; 2) the authorities, that are initiated by the court; 3) the authorities, that
are initiated by the state enforcement officer or private executor; 4) the authorities, that are initiated by the witnesses; 5) the authorities, that are
initiated by the experts; 6) the authorities, that are initiated by the persons, that are not the participants of the civil process.
On the basis of the analysis of the provisions of the civil procedure legislation the author specifies the range of the self-control authorities of
the court of primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by the participants of a case and representatives (the judge rejection, the revival of proceedings
after its stoppage and so on), the range of the self-control authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by the court (the revival
of proceedings essentially during the rendering of decision in a consultation room, renewal of proceeding etc.), the range of the self-control
authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by the state enforcement officer or private executor (the determination or change
of method, or procedure of its execution etc.), the range of the self-control authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by
the witness (the re-examination of a witness), the range of the self-control authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by the
expert (the explanation by the court a question, that must be answered by the expert) and the range of the self-control authorities of the court of
primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by the persons, that are not the participants of the civil process (the repeal of the court decision about the
imposition of a court fine etc.).
It was made a conclusion, that the scope of the self-control authorities of the court of primary jurisdiction, that are initiated by the participant of
the case and the representatives is the vastest, however, together with the court or the other subjects can initiate a lot of self-control authorities jointly.
