Abstract

Прагнення людства розв’язати гострі проблеми міжнародних відносин мирними засобами, домінування інтеграційних процесів над процесами дезінтеграції, формування комплексу спільних політичних, економічних та інших завдань визначає тенденцію до творення низки регіональних та міжрегіональних систем інтересів у різних сферах суспільного життя. І саме тому вивчення питання сутності та функцій міжнародних організацій є надзвичайно актуальним і важливим для сучасних міжнародних відносин.The desire of mankind to solve the acute problems of international relations by peaceful means, the domination of integration processes over the processes of disintegration, the formation of a complex of common political, economic and other tasks determines the tendency to create a number of regional and interregional systems of interests in various spheres of public life.
