Про роль мовленнєвої компетенції у формуванні культури іншомовного професійного спілкування майбутніх фахівців соціальної роботи

Abstract

У статті розглядається питання ролі мовленнєвої компетенції у формуванні культури іншомовного професійного спілкування майбутніх соціальних працівників. Провідною метою вивчення іноземної мови студентами, а в майбутньому соціальними працівниками стає іншомовна компетентність особистості, а бажаним результатом – використання іноземної мови як доступного засобу спілкування і збагачення досвіду фахової підготовки. Увага зосереджена на необхідності формування комунікативних умінь в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників. Ключові слова: соціальний працівник, мовленнєва компетенція, мовленнєва поведінка, професійна компетентність, іншомовне спілкування, культура іншомовного спілкування.The article discusses the role of verbal competence in the formation of a culture of foreign professional communication of future social workers. Every act of professional communicative interaction requires speech creativity since it is built while taking into account many factors − communication situations, individuality of a communication partner, his/her emotional state, the relationship between communication partners, etc. The author of the article has stressed that the aim of the study of a foreign language by todays students, future social workers, is foreign language competence of the individual, and the desired result − the use of a foreign language as a means of communication, enriching of experience of training. The main focus is on the need to develop communication skills in the process of training of future social workers.
