Комбіновані та повторні оперативні втручання при поєднаній гострій ішемії нижніх кінцівок та головного мозку

Abstract

Тhе surgical tactics and operations' stages in patients with lower extremities' acute ischemia and joined brachiocephalic aneries damage is discussed in this issue. 12 patients being operated were distributed on 3 groups: the 1 st group consisted of 6 patients with acute lower extremities' ischemia and the overcome insult consequences; the 2 nd group -2 patients with acute lower extremities' ischemia and transitory cerebral circulation impairment; the 3rd group -4 patients with acute lower extremities' ischemia and acute insult (up to 20 days). After the acute lower extremities' ischemia liquidation З patients of the 1st group have been performed the carotid endanerectomy as the second-stage operation. 2 patients of the 2nd group have been subjected the one-stage operation on both arterial basins. Тhе postoperative ischemic insult developed in one case (8.3 per cent), one patient died (8.3 per cent).
