Abstract

Розроблені нові диференційно-діагностичні критерії об'єктивної діагностики хронічних токсичного та медикаментозного гепатитів за допомогою визначення нуклеїнових кислот у крові, наявності антитіл до денатурованої і неденатурованої ДНК класу G, показників гуморального імунітету lg G та lg М. Запропонований метод високоінформативний на ранніх стадіях захворювань гепатобіліарної системи дає реальну можливість судити про локалізацію патологічного процесу, прогнозувати перебіг хвороби.The new differential-diagnostic criteries of the objective diagnostics of chronic toxic and chronic toxic-allergic hepatitis were elaborated.
