Нейроімунні закономірності ефективності ГБО при розсіяному склерозі

Abstract

Тhе research of dynamics of the autonomic status and immunological parameters as а result of а rate of hyperbaric oxygenation (НВО) is carried out at 42 patients with multiple sclerosis (МS). Тhе decrease of activity of suprasegmental regulation mechanisms is shown, the normalization of influences of а segmental level of а regulation of an autonomic tonus and easing of supressor reactions of an immunoregulation at the persons with reduction of neurological deficit, that specifies on safety of processes of adaptation in that group of the patients. Тhе rigidity of immunological and autonomic parameters with influence а НВО coпelated with absence of clinical effect and testified to an oppression of mechanisms of adaptation and compensation.
