У статті досліджено підстави дострокового припинення повноважень глави держави країн з різними формами державного правління. При цьому особливу увагу приділено аналізу підстав дострокового припинення повноважень глави держави на підставі відставки та імпічменту.ln the article the grounds of the pre-schedule stopping of plenary powers of country's of countries leader are investigational with the different forms of rule.
