Abstract

Caries is the most common disease experienced by up to 97% of the globe population over the course of their lives and has, to date, not only a medical but also a social problem that requires immediate resolution. Dental morbidity in childhood and adolescence largely determines the health of people in subsequent years of life. For this reason, data on the intensity and prevalence of dental pathology in children should be the subject of specialist attention.
