Анотація
The scientific article is devoted to the discovery and analysis of the historical preconditions for the occurrence and formation of the Hungarian School of Sociology of Law. It explores the basic sociological and legal theories and concepts of Hungarian scholars, their contribution to the historical development of the European Sociological jurisprudence.
