Безэкстрационное спектрофотометрическое определение платины в виде комплекса с астравлоксином FF

Abstract

Целью данной работы было изучение оптимальных условий образования соединений платины с полиметиновым красителем 1,3,3-триметил-2-[3-(1,3,3-триметил-1,3-дигидрo-индол-2-илиден)-пропенил]-3H-индолия хлоридом (астрафлоксин FF, АФ) и разработка новой высокочувствительной и селективной методики безэкстракционного спектрофотометрического определения платины.The reaction of the complex-formation of platinum ion associates IA with astra phloxine FF has been studied by means of spectrophotometric method. In optimal condition of the formation the composition and the principal chemical-analytical characteristics of IA have been determined. High values of the molar absorption coefficients of IA for different surfactants found (2,7-6,3)•10⁴. The new high-sensitive and selective method of the spectrophotometric determination of platinum have been developed.
