Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню сутності та змісту оцінки впливу на довкілля в контексті забезпечення екологічних прав в Україні. Проаналізовано механізм здійснення оцінки впливу на довкілля в сучасних умовах, її співвідношення з гарантіями забезпечення екологічних прав і значення цієї процедури для захисту екологічних прав загалом.The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence and content of the environmental impact assessment in the context of providing environmental rights in Ukraine. The mechanism of environmental impact assessment in modern conditions, its relation with the guarantees of environmental rights and the importance of this procedure for protection of environmental rights in general is analyzed.
