Стаття присвячена дослідженню процесу самоорганізації регулювання правової системи, вивченню правової системи крізь призму синергетики, опису застосування принципів синергетики в аналізі процесу самоорганізованого регулювання правових відносин у межах держави, висвітленню здатності правової системи самоорганізовано формувати власну структуру.The аrtісІе is devoted to the investigation of the process of self-regulation of ІеgаІ system, is intended to the study of legal system through the prism of synergetics, describes the application of the principles of synergetics in the analysis of self-regulation of the legal relations within the state, is aimed at coverage of the ability of the legal system to forrn its own structure, applying self-organization.
