Особливості розвитку мовлення у дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями

Abstract

У науковій роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз особливостей розвитку мовлення у дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями. Мета дослідження – теоретичне обґрунтування розвитку мовлення у дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями. Завдання дослідження – висвітлити теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури, як класичних, так і сучасних досліджень, щодо проблеми вивчення; розглянути причини інтелектуальних порушень; висвітлити ступені інтелектуальних порушень за між-народною медичною класифікацією (МКХ-10, DSM-IV-TR); проаналізувати специфіку розвитку мовлення у різних категорій дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями. У результаті науково-теоретичного дослідження було визначено, що, залежно від своє-рідності порушень та ступеня уражень кори головного мозку, мовленнєвий розвиток у дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями має свої особливості. Визначено, що причинами інтелектуального недорозвинення є органічний вплив несприятливих чинників у пренатальному, натальному та постнатальному періодах розвитку дитини. Аналіз наукового дослідження вказує, що діти з інтелектуальними порушеннями мають усі форми порушень мовлення. У структурі системного мовленнєвого недорозвинен-ня переважає семантичний дефект. Причини порушень мовлення визначаються ступеневою неврологічною симптоматикою. Медичний вплив, навчально-корекційна робота можуть наблизити деякі категорії дітей до типового мовленнєвого розвитку. Визначені аспекти дитячої логопатології вказують на специфіку психофізичних порушень. Основою мовленнєвої сформова-ності у дітей є розвиток сприймання звуків мови, правильна звуковимова, розуміння смислу слів, збагачений словниковий запас, морфологічно-синтаксична правильність мовлення, здійснення розповіді, переказу, діалогу, використання мовлення в соціальних ситуаціях.

The scienti c work carried out a theoretical analysis of the peculiarities of speech development in children with intellectual disabilities. The purpose of the study is a theoretical substantiation of speech development in children with intellectual disabilities. Objectives of the study: to highlight the theoretical analysis of the scienti c literature, both classical and modern research, on the problem of study; to consider the causes of intellectual disabilities; to highlight the degree of intellectual disabilities according to the international medical classi cation (ICD-10, DSM-IV-TR); to analyze the speci cs of speech development in different categories of children with intellectual disabilities. As a result of scienti c and theoretical research it was determined that depending on the nature of the disorders and the degree of damage to the cerebral cortex, speech development in children with intellectual disabilities has its characteristics. It is determined that the causes of intellectual retardation are the organic in uence of adverse factors in the prenatal, natal and postnatal periods of child development. Analysis of scienti c research indicates that children with intellectual disabilities have all forms of speech disorders. The structure of systemic speech underdevelopment is dominated by a semantic defect. The causes of speech disorders are determined by the degree of neurological symptoms. Medical in uence, educational and corrective work can bring some categories of children closer to typical speech development. Certain aspects of pediatric speech pathology indicate the speci cs of psychophysical disorders. The basis of speech formation in children is the development of phonemic (perception of speech sounds), phonetic (correct pronunciation), lexical (understanding the meaning of words, enriched vocabulary), grammatical (morphological and syntactic correctness of speech), discursive (narration, translation, dialogue, etc.), socio-cultural (use of speech in social situations).
