Abstract

In the work it is said that the complication of the processes of political systems of the concrete regimes in the geographical boundary-lines of these regions consist in that, that the events took place on the border of some state formations on clash of interests of states of Central Eastern Europe on the directions ≪East – West≫. The past testified on the complicated political relations of the local inhabitants with the political elite on the different level. It can be followed in the context on analysis of such characteristics as the process of strengthening the new political system, the formation the regime of dictate and the disproportional of political relations on the disproportional of political relations on the direction ≪Centre – Region≫ and the administrative reforms which were made during 20 – 30-th years of the XX centuries by the Rumanian and Chech imperative institutions in the national politics, the party’s life of the regions, radicalism of the Ukrainian national movement, and the character of the elective processes.
