Abstract

Тhе particuliarities of clinical flow of disease, Х - ray changes and the function of outer breathing were studied while examining 57 patients, suffering idiopathic fibrous alveolitis, in pulmonologie department in Uzhgorod regional clinical hospital. On the foundation of clinical Х - ray particuliorities of disease of the man half of patients we can make а diagnosis of fibrous alveolitis; though the diagnosis of the part of patients is verified with the help of histological examination of biopsy of lungs only.
