Abstract

Musical-sound character of Lesya Ukrayinka's figurative associations determines the main signs of her impressionistic style, in which methods of polyphony, sound gradation, contrasts, rhythm change, musical pauses are of great importance. The principle of melodiousness in cycle arrangment consists in concentration of poetess creative attention not to the logic of objective oonnections or world realities, but to the inner logic of subjective psychological processes. Lesya Ukrayinka used the methods of music in order to create aesthetic efficacious composition structures, that enlarged essentially the possibilities of lyrica.
