Анотація
The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of transfrontier and interterritorial cooperation of local authorities of public power. The main international legal documents regulating international cooperation, in particular, transfrontier and interterritorial cooperation of local authorities of public power and which are ratified by our state are considered. An analysis of the legislative framework for the functioning of international cooperation of local authorities of public power is carried out.
